Under the Ritz Bar's constellations

Deep velvet, amber metal and antique columns make up the intimate decor of the Ritz Bar. In the center of the room, a luminous bell projects constellations on the ceiling, contrasting golden flashes with shadow play. The list features a selection of signature cocktails, spirits and organic wines, accompanied by tapas and caviar. Inspired by nature and his materials, this is where Romain de Courcy reimagines mixology.
