At the Ecole Ritz Escoffier, we celebrate Valentine's in the kitchen. Working alongside a Chef, you can create delicate pastries to share with your partner. Whatever takes your fancy in the moment: an assortment of macaroons, chocolate creations or soft fruit-filled treats. From creating mixtures to poaching, icing and assembly, discover techniques to wake up the senses. Equipped with your pastry apron, you'll learn to play with textures, flavors and finishes. This workshop is a gourmet experience for two, to offer to your other half, or to reproduce at home for Valentine's Day.

Celebrate love with French pastries
Making homemade macaroons or baking a dessert to share for Valentine's Day at the Ritz Paris is a romantic gesture like no other – and a pure pleasure in an exclusive setting. All pastry enthusiasts are welcome: our workshop is held first in French, then translated into English as required. Available in two formats – four-hours, or a full day - each session takes place in small groups to guarantee personalized attention from one of the school's Chefs. They will welcome you into the Ritz Paris kitchens, with both their culinary expertise and all the professional equipment at your disposal.

Macaroons and pastries to share
From assorted macaroons and creamy chocolate treats to poached red fruit, heart-shaped cookies and Valentine's tarts, this class helps you create your own Valentine's Day pastries. Enjoy them together, or give to your other half – and hope they're in the mood to share! Depending on the pastry chosen by the Chef, this course will help you bring to life sweet creations both fine and filling. Learn to balance textures, play with flavors and master delicate techniques. Known to involve a precise, refined skill, the iconic macaroon is often considered the masterpiece. From baking the shells to poaching the ganache, our professional pastry Chef will share with you all the culinary tricks to achieve the perfect macaroon - crunchy, light and creamy all at once.
