Fancy taking the plunge into the infectious, joyful spirit of the Jazz Age? To mark 100 years since the publication of The Great Gatsby, on Weds June 18 the Ritz Paris invites you to a sparkling evening in honor of F. Scott Fitzgerald, the celebrated literary dandy, friend and frequent guest of our hotel. The Marie-Louise Salon will form the theatre for a celebration themed around an elegant dinner and show, where a cocktail of jazz and gastronomy bring the swooning madness of those crazy Ritz nights back to life.

Wednesdays October 15, November 19, and December 17, 2025 from 07:30pm to 11:30pm.

You'll be welcomed with a glass of champagne followed by an exclusive dinner, then dancing until 11pm in the style of the Roaring Twenties. Elegant attire is compulsory for these exceptional evenings.

An exceptional dinner and show

Superfluous? It's like a bible at the Ritz.

A Ritz Paris celebration is as much about the dishes as the dance. With a menu created especially for the occasion, our Chef Jérôme Legras will revisit the great feasts of the 1920s in his inimitable way. A live jazz band, singer and dancers will ensure the party keeps swinging until 11pm. 

Fine dining, dashing dancing

With its dazzling décor magnified by huge mirrors, our grandest reception room rekindles the atmosphere of the halcyon days at the Ritz Paris. This dreamlike setting effortlessly recalls the great balls, sumptuous parties and gorgeous receptions held here since the hotel's inauguration. Under the glittering chandelier, the Ritz Paris teams will revive the flamboyant atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties, complete with ostrich feathers, sequins and gold leaves.

Experience an exceptional culinary journey at the only Michelin-starred restaurant on Place Vendôme, one of the finest royal squares in all Paris. Chef Eugénie Béziat hosts diners in a sublime location opening onto the hotel’s Grand Jardin. Her aromatic cuisine is greatly influenced by memories of a childhood spent in Africa, whisking you to the southern shores of the Mediterranean. Her unique take on French fine dining is highly respectful of the environment, prioritizing seasonal produce sourced as locally as possible.

The Espadon restaurant is the place to embark on an unexpected quest to find the true meaning of gastronomy. This is fine dining with a subtle take on luxury, in a welcoming setting beside our delightful tree-lined terrace. At the Salon Proust, fine wood paneling and antique books lend the sense of a timeless haven, hosting an eternal teatime in the classic French style. The more upbeat Ritz Bar provides stylish cocktails in more contemporary surroundings, complete with star-studded ceiling.

At the Ritz Paris, the culinary art embodies all three, as tradition and innovation combine in a subtle alchemy. It all began with Auguste Escoffier. First chef at the Ritz Paris in 1898, this pioneer of modern French dining gave his name to the cookery school of the same name. We have him to thank for the professionalization of haute cuisine and the creation of a guide that’s become the real chefs’ bible.

Since the moment it opened its doors, the Ritz Paris has been an impromptu theatre for socialites. From private dinners via fashionable tea dances to the most sumptuous receptions in France, our grand hotel has resounded with both great conversations and dancing feet. François Perret, Head Pastry Chef, adds his reputation to the classically French identity of the House. Florian Guilloteau, meanwhile, is in charge of wine for all the hotel's restaurants.
