A nostalgic moment tailored to you
The class is available in four-hour or full-day formats: whichever works best for you. You'll make your own Easter chocolates in a bilingual French/English setting. This personalized approach to teaching allows you to progress with confidence, no matter your level.

Easter workshops share a common thread: chocolate! It’s used in all manner of creations: tarts, bite-sized treats and an assortment of small desserts. Explore the Chefs' secret ways with chocolate as you work it, temper it, mold it or combine it with other textures. The emphasis is on balancing flavors, playing with contrasts and the intensities of each dose, as we create truly harmonious sweet delights.

Courses are non-cancellable and non-refundable, but can be postponed up to 8 days before the scheduled date.
