Since 1988, the mission of the Ecole Ritz Escoffier has been to pass on the skills, techniques and exacting standards of French cuisine. At the heart of the Ritz Paris kitchens, these Qualiopi-certified training programs are aimed at all those who wish to turn their passion for food into a profession - beginners, those undergoing professional retraining or future Chefs. Each discipline - cuisine, pastry-making, culinary arts - is taught in small groups through hands-on practice, with the consistency of professional training and the benefit of personalized attention. With an Ecole Ritz Escoffier diploma or certificate, you'll have every chance of becoming a professional Chef and building a career in the hotel, restaurant and food industries!

Within the Ritz Paris kitchens, Ecole Ritz Escoffier welcomes students from all over the world with a passion for gastronomy. They come to follow a certified training program in French cuisine, on the job. Consecutive French-to-English teaching, small groups, personalized support: each future graduate learns at their own pace, guided by the high standards of an iconic establishment and the supportive approach of its Chefs. Just like real professional cooks or pastry chefs, students follow the same training primarily in the form of hands-on workshops in the kitchen: working with ingredients, applying theoretical concepts and culinary techniques, mastering new recipes... Faithful to the philosophy of Auguste Escoffier, our training school passes on a tradition of rigor, respect for ingredients and cooking with elegance. It adds up to an exceptional program with excellent results: over 95% attendance and up to 100% success rate in the final exam in 2023.

Our Chefs welcome international students from all over the world. Student Chefs choose a cooking course in Paris to hone their techniques and deepen their mastery of classic French cuisine. From half-day classes to courses lasting several weeks, these immersive programs are aimed at students from partner schools, teachers and catering professionals. The small classes are held in Paris, in French, with consecutive translation into English. Each cooking and pastry class focuses on practical application, the best way to pass on professional skills in a rigorous yet supportive way.
