Designed as a wake-up call for the senses, the tasting takes place in the company of Florian Guilloteau, Head Sommelier at the Ritz Paris. We’ll experience three noble wines, our senses enriched by the use of the ‘Nez du Vin’, a box of chracteristic aromas to refine your olfactory perception. The experience continues in the hotel's cellar, where some of its most precious bottles are aged.

The talent of Florian Guilloteau illuminates all the Ritz Paris restaurants, particularly the Michelin-starred Espadon - where the French gastronomic cuisine of Cheffe Eugénie Béziat is reflected in our Head Sommelier’s choices. Sometimes echoing the fresh vegetal flavours of a dish, sometimes revealing its spicy depth: each association is the result of a close collaboration between these two experts in taste, united by a sense of detail and a love of the product.
