All data exchanged with the Ritz Paris website is secured by the HTTPS protocol, which encrypts all data using the SSL encryption system.
Online payment transactions are also secured: Ritz Paris uses PCI-DSS certified payment partners and does not store any sensitive payment information. Online payments systematically use the 3DSecure system to enhance authentication.
This code will be requested when placing your order. It is a unique code that secures online transactions for credit card payments, located:
- either on the back of your credit card in the signature field. It consists of 3 digits (e.g., Visa or MasterCard),
- or on the front above your card number. It consists of 4 digits (e.g., American Express card).
No, orders are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that any applicable taxes and customs duties are our responsibility.
When the selected delivery country is part of the European Union, the prices include VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union, the prices do not include VAT.
We issue an invoice for each order placed. This document will be sent as an attachment with the email confirming the shipping of your package.
Please keep in mind that once the order is confirmed, it will be impossible for you to modify the information you entered, and we will be unable to issue a new invoice.
