Two large rooms are dedicated to cardio training and muscle strengthening, where you can count on assistance from our coaches. Finally, two private coaching rooms are available by appointment.

At any time of day, the Fitness area is at the service of your wishes, whether your focus is overall wellness or more sports-oriented. For sports enthusiasts, there are two large areas dedicated to cardio training and muscle strengthening, with coaches on hand. Take a break in the Floral Bar upstairs. On the menu: florally inspired cocktails and detox juices, as well as the hotel's own menu.

To extend the benefits of your treatments, you can use all our facilities (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center) on special terms. A rate of €160 is available on bookings of €260 or more per person. Access is free for the day from €550 of services booked per person.
